My interest in ceramics has led me to enjoy the process of smoke firing, raku and now enamels. I like the relationship of the smoke on the body of the clay and am interested in form and detail. Architecture also interests me and so I am working on expressing that interest using a simplified version of Gaudi plus windows and arches. I love the tactile quality of clay and the versatility it gives.
